Off The Wall are a four-piece band, heavily influenced by Chicago and West
Coast blues. We take our cues from artists like James Cotton, Rod Piazza
and the Mighty Flyers, Little Charlie and the Nightcats, and Robert Cray.
Formed in 1986, the band was inspired by James Cotton's 'High Compression'
and the live album which followed it. The emphasis is on tight arrangements
and great songs, with the harmonica strongly featured.
Off The Wall were featured artists in mp3.com Electric Blues on 28th December 1999. Listen to "Tongue and Groove", a harmonica instrumental.
